If you are experiencing problems unsyncing your KLab ID from your game data, please first follow the steps outlined in the FAQ section below to see if they resolve the issue.

If you cannot unsync the data yourself, please request KLab ID link cancellation from this page.
Based on the contents of the request, further investigation will be carried out to confirm play data.

We will only carry out identity verification if you have read and agreed to the "Preparations" and "Notes" section below.
We cannot respond until you agree. Thank you for your cooperation.


Preparations

  • You will only be able to unlink you KLab ID if you are able to log in to your game account.
  • If you are unable to log in to your game account and transfer your play data yourself, please contact us using the data recovery request form.

Notes

  • A KLab ID link can only be removed once we have verified your identity.
  • If you do not meet the verification criteria, we can refuse to respond.
    Verification criteria cannot be revealed.
  • For problems related to play data, questions asked on behalf of someone will not be answered.
  • If a false declaration or misuse of another individual's information is revealed, appropriate action will be carried out.
  • Responses will be sent to the email address from which the initial inquiry was received
    Please do not send inquiries from multiple email addresses as identity verification may not be possible.
  • It may take up to 1 week for 1 response in the identity verification process.
  • This page is only for removing KLab ID links. We cannot respond to any other inquiries via this page.
