Data recovery request

If you are having trouble with transferring data, please follow the steps in the FAQ below to resolve the problem.

*If you experience any problems with the procedure, please refer to the "Data Transfer and Data Syncing" FAQ question list in the FAQ section.

If you are unable to solve the issue yourself, please apply for data recovery from this page.
Based on the contents of the request, further investigation will be carried out to confirm play data.

We will only carry out identity verification if you have read and agreed to the "Things You Need" and "Notes" sections below.
We cannot respond until you agree. Thank you for your cooperation.

Things You Need

  • A KLab ID account to link your game data to in order to perform the data recovery.
    (Please ensure that you have a KLab ID account that you can log in to.)
    If either of the following apply, you will not be able to continue to the data recovery request form:
    • You don't have a KLab ID account.
    • Your KLab ID account is already linked to some play data. (A KLab ID account can only be linked to one set of play data.)

Notes

  • Play data can only be recovered after verification of identity.
  • If you do not meet the verification criteria, we can refuse to respond.
    Verification criteria cannot be revealed.
  • For problems related to play data, questions asked on behalf of someone will not be answered.
  • If a false declaration or misuse of another individual's information is revealed, appropriate action will be carried out.
  • We will only reply to the email address registered to your KLab ID account.
    Please do not send inquiries from multiple email addresses as identity verification may not be possible.
  • It may take up to 1 week for 1 response in the identity verification process.
  • We cannot compensate for not responding in time for events and campaigns.
    You will not be able to receive any login bonuses or expired gifts in the period you were unable to log in during support.
  • This page is for play data recovery only; other inquiries cannot be answered.

  • Support is not provided for languages other than English.
